Well, after my Dog Lucy, I thought I would never love again -- I was wrong! I found Harvey at Roses Rescue in Akron. Once again, when I went to the rescue, I actually had one of Harvey's sisters in mind for adoption. When I got there, Harvey (as opposed to his sister) was all over me. He followed me around the barn, then sat on my knee staring at me. Well, he picked me! He is the most lovable, sweet, gentle giant ever. He's the perfect mix - German Shepherd - Lab - Border Collie and St. Bernard. When he was a puppy my friends and I would joke that his gigantic ears were able to pick-up Radio Moscow! He's grown into his ears, however, they still loom larger than life.
