Jack was born 12/20/08. He is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He is so sweet and loving. He loves being on my lap and is best buds with my cat Penny. Some of his favorite things are food, eating grass like a cow, ripping apart the rolls from paper towels and toilet paper , squeaky toys (although now he must be watched because he rips through them very quickly) and belly rubs. Unfortunately, what led me to this site was Jack's diagnosis of Chiari Like Malformation. He will most likely be needing surgery and medication managment. I hope to learn from others on this site and share whatever information I can on this disease. Cavaliers are such a sweet and angelic breed, it is so sad that such a high percentage of them are afflicted with this disease.
