Oh Jasper, you are way to ah-dorable! I love the eyes, multi-colored are just gorgeous! The name is super cute too :D Border Collie's are one of my favorite breeds, and Jasper is a cute example of one! And, yes they are the smartest dogs! I bet Jasper will learn quixly! Jasper is gorgeous. If I saw this little guy looking at me from a tree, I'd have to come over and play! Lots of kisses for him. He's a doll.
