We adopted Luna, under the name of Molly, at the SPCA on May 6. We had trouble thinking of a name. Some were, Maya, Socks, Mittens, Oreo, etc.. Then I thought of Harry Potter. I shouted, "Luna Lovegood!" It took getting used to, but Luna was her decided name. She is a spunky pup who loves to play all the time. Whenever she sets paw outside, she can sit and stare at the woods until we make her come in. She sometimes has this 'dorky' look to her, so she fits right in. She sometimes invades personal space, but, when the day ends, we feel lucky to have her.
