Nikke is a rescue and a senior dog. He was at the shelter and was going to be euthanized because he was considered unadoptable becuase he was a senior, missing a lot of coat and had corneal ulcers. This is our Nikke today and we love him dearly. Sadly, Nikke went to the Bridge on 05/04/2012.

Thank you, thank you for rescuing this beautiful boy. It's so sad to think that so many of these older dogs don't get the chance to be in a loving family. He will reward you each and every day with his love & gratitude. Way toooooooooooooo go!!!!

He was a senior! That is the cutest story so far that I've seen. Lady & the Tramp is a good movie to watch with your dog.

Nikke rules! No doubt about it. He came from an abusive situation, that much is very clear, and he's not going to take any crap from anyone and that includes the bigger dogs. They have all learned to treat our Nikke with the respect he deserves. :)
