All in the Family

Biography: This is Pinto, aka Pinto Bean or Wiggles as some call him. Pinto was a rescue out of East Kentucky who wiggled his way into our hearts. I had just recently lost my other boxer Logan and had no intention of getting another dog, but when I heard that this baby was in need of a good home, I just had to meet him. When I rescued Pinto he was underweight, had sores all over his body from being cramped in a kennel too small for him,had a stomach virus and was malnourished. Even though Pinto had never receieved proper care and had been obviously neglected, that didn't stop him from being a giant love bug. Now Pinto lives happily with my other dog Ginger and is doing quite well. He is no longer sick, he's gained back the weight he lost, and the sores on his body are healing nicely. Pinto has also helped me to cope with the loss of my first dog and I thank him for that everyday.
