I got shadow right around my 14th birthday. She was part chow/akita mix. She was like the sister I never had. She was one the sweetest most sensitive dogs ever. She would wait up for me at night all through high school, she knew I was always eating when I came home. (A bite for me, a bite for her)!! She will always be loved and missed!
