Oh my goodness, I'm lol right now! Your Tipper is sooo adorable! I also have a Sheltie and they are such characters, aren't they? My husband laughs whenever he sees pic's of Shelties wearing hats. He says he never sees any other kind of dog (in pictures) wearing hats as often as Shelties do, lol! He is very beautiful ;o)
