He has gorgeous, long legs and beautiful coloured coat. He's in a league of his own! That's great for adopting. In this Province in Qc (MTL and Qc esp.) not only do we boast highest stats for puppy mills in Canada, but you don't even have to shop or go to a shelter, people/families are giving away their dogs (some pure breds not even a year old in ads) for FREE, before abandoning them or giving them to a shelter. It's so sad.
