Duke is an adopted foster dog. We've been partners from the beginning and have grown old together. Duke has always been a gentleman around all creatures and always made me proud to be his person. He's almost 13 now and sleeps a lot, but loves his walks and loves his food.
More pictures and commentsHi, my name is Michonne. I am full grown, approximately 60 pounds of love. I love taking showers, playing in the water, going for walks, playing with my toys, exploring outside, eating delicious food, and getting delicious treats when I do something good. I am very happy, active, full of energy and a healthy dog. I am very obedient when I'm encouraged with positive training and lots of love.
More pictures and commentsOllie is a true city boy and lives with his mom and dad in New York City. Ollie's favorite activities are sleeping on or under lots of blankets, snuggling with Mom and Dad, going on walks, and playing fetch (although he is more interested in wagging his toy around in front of Mom and Dad than actually retrieving his toy once it is thrown). Ollie became very sick in November 2012 with an autoimmune disease where his body was attacking his red blood cells. We were so worried for our little boy but we found him the best care possible, and many months later, he is finally on the road to recovery. Ollie brings so much joy to our family and we can't imagine life without him. We are so grateful for our Ollie!
More pictures and commentsSasha was born to a Siberian Husky mom and, we thought, a German shepherd dad. All four of her brothers were black and tan; she was the only white puppy. As she got older, she looked less and less GSD. We decided to get a doggy DNA test done and, as suspected, she had a different daddy than her brothers. Sasha's dad was an American bulldog. Sasha is the friendliest dog. She loves all people and animals--everyone is her best friend. She is very quiet. I've never heard her growl and on average she barks once every 8 weeks.
More pictures and commentsHer name means "sweet" in Greek and I knew this was her name from the first time I saw her. She was the most beautiful dog I had ever seen. I was stunned and I still couldn't believe that this cute puppy was mine. I love her and I bet she loves me too. I take her for long walks and sometimes she sleeps on my bed. I wouldn't be able to live without her. She's our family's little angel.
