We used to own a husky. He passion was running. They are meant to be high energy dogs and owners have to be high energy, too. Once they have run off the energy they make wonderful pets but it takes several miles of high speed running for that. I guess that's why they make great sled dogs.

Someone at the Daily Puppy has a sense of humor: today is blue-eyed dog day, yesterday was Abe and Abby day. I get you! Cody is magnificent and so is this photo. Gorgeous doggie. Get him a sled to pull and that will slow him down. Maybe. Siberian Huskies like to run and run and run around. That is what they were bred for. A long and happy life for you all. Hi Cody, we think you are very handsome boy:-). You are just like us. We LOVE to run and run and run 24/7:-), but since our humans take us for a walk, run twice a day. We burned off a lot of energy, so now we are more mellow, and now, we just like to play and play 24/7:-). we wish you live closer to us, so we can play, run or go to the dogs park together:-).
