Profile: My name is Tove. I am Norwegian, but have lived in Greece for many years. I never used to be a dog person, or pet person, even, but one dog - our beautiful Daisy - won me over. I am the classic example of a bad dog owner - knowing nothing about dogs, I let Daisy develop her aggressive side. This ended with her biting a child in the face. Luckily, it wasnôt serious. Also, luckily, we were able to find a home with a farmer for Daisy. But this story was a real lesson and eye opener for me and the reason I joined DP - I realized I need to learn more about dogs. I really appreciate the warm welcome her and also being able to benefit on the tons of experience I find you people have. I might not be very active in the forum (donôt have much to say), but I read the posts..hoping to become a better dog owner one day.

My name is Dexter and I was born with a mission in life: to chase cats and make them understand that dogs just want to have fun! I take my life mission very seriously. I don´t play catch-the-ball, retrieve the stick, or tug war (OK, if you insist - but only for a few minutes if there are no cats around!). I chase cats. I get up in the morning, run out and chase cats. I come in have a quick breakfast, run out and chase cats. I take my mum for a run and if we are lucky, we meet some cats I can chase on our way. I have a nap and dream about chasing cats. I do a bit of chasing again in the afternoon, have dinner and then chase cats before I go to bed for the night. I don´t care if the cats hit me, scratch me or attack me - I realize that´s part of my mission. It´s a tough job, but someone´s got to do it! But one day, the cats will stop running away from me. One day, they will play with me instead. They will realize that dogs are great. That day will be a good day. That day my mission will be completed.View Profile
