Profile: We live in Florida on the west coast. We have 5 children, 8 grandchildren, & 1 great grandson. They are so good to us. We're getting so we don't get around to much any more. So they shop for us and cut the grass & so forth. I love to cook for all of them. We have a blast when we get together. My husband came from South Dakota & I came from North Carolina, but my family moved to Portsmouth Virginia when I was 4 years old. So I feel like I'm from Va. We met in 1970 while I was working in the Navy exchange in Norfolk Va. I always said I would never marry a sailor, because I was not going to stay alone most of my life. It just so happened he was a land sailor and could never tell me what he did.I do know one thing he did. He broke codes. He lots of things but It was confidential. I've always wondered what it was. I love to make quilts, a little gardening, crafts of all kinds, but I really love to make jewelry.

I bought Gypsy with money my Mom left me when she passed away in July 2006. My Mom, my Cocatiel bird, my African Grey Parrot & my little Pom all passed away within 4 months. I was left with nothing to care for except my Hubby and he doesn't much caring for. I need something to love and cuddle, so I started looking around for a new puppy. When I saw Gypsy at Darlene's Kennel (Brandi Pooh's Pomeranians) I knew she was for us. So I made arrangements to go get her. Gypsy was born on Aug. 6,2006. I flew to Erie,PA on October 10, 2006 and brought Gypsy home with me. She has been so wonderful. And so very smart. We love her so very much. She turned 6 years old this past Aug. 6th. 2012. She still acts like a puppy!!View Profile
