This picture of Reba was taken 3 years ago when our new house was being built, she is sitting in the front doorway looking out at her new neighbors. I thought it was priceless. Reba is a shepherd mix, we adopted her in Southern California from PAWS, she traveled from CA to NC with us in our truck when we moved to NC. She is the best girl, doesn't need a lease, and gets the biggest smile I've ever seen on a dog. She just turned 7 years old in February 09. Reba loves to give her Daddy kisses on the top of his head. She also loves to eat cheese.

Sophie is Reba's little sister, she will be 5 years old in August. She was also rescued from PAWS in Southern California, and came with us to NC. Sophie was 4 months old and a very sick little girl when she came home with us, we nursed her back to health and never imagined she would get to be such a big girl. She weighs around 90 lbs and loves to eat. She is a one family dog, very protective of her family, but she is the most affectionate dog I've ever had. Every morning when I have a bowl of cereal, Sophie comes in and has her own bowl of cheerios, of course without milk, but she loves her cheerios.
