Scout

Scout's birthday is March 14, 2012. His mama was dropped off at the shelter a couple of days before giving birth, but a nice lady who volunteered there took her home and allowed the puppies to be born at her house and fostered them all (mama included) until adoption. Scout is a sweet, happy guy. He loves to be outside and to follow his labrador brother and sister everywhere. He is currently attending puppy school, but we fear he may be held back as he really only wants to play with the other puppies rather than learn any commands! People always stop to tell us how handsome Scout is... followed invariably by, "What breed is he? The only thing we know is that his mama was predominantly shepherd, other than that, we have no idea. The vet thinks maybe Rottweiller or Doberman. Maybe someday we will DNA test him. In the meantime, we just love him...He is the perfect puppy!
