Sooner was born on 9/11/2008 in southern Oklahoma. There were two puppies in the litter and both parents are AKC registered Miniature Dachshunds...strange thing is, Sooners brother has turned out to be a standard size dachshund, while Sooner is a very, very tiny miniature. She has the sweetest personality and is very loving and playful. She's been very difficult to house train, but I think we're finally starting to make some progress.

This is Boomer! The people who got Boomer as a puppy wanted a miniature. When they saw that he was going to be a standard sized dachshund instead, they didn't want him anymore. They missed out on a really great dog...and we wouldn't trade him for anything! He and Sooner are best friends and they bring us a lot of joy and laughs.
