What a joy, and oh, how BIG HE WILL GET. I love his coloring and his markings are so different. I love this picture as if he is saying "Don't mess with my Tigger!" So glad he has the room to run and may he have many days of running and playing in the lake, catching whatever he can. Enjoy him and love him forever.

Bacardi is certainly a sweetie. Glad to hear he has those 11 acres to tire himself out in and not you!! Love the breed. It's the sort of dog one always admires, but liek you, unless you have the facilities - it's a no hoper. Lots of cuddles (whilst you can get your arms around him!) He is a darling.

Bacardi is a living doll! We lost our two 9 yr old Danes last year to bone cancer and seeing Bacardi reminds me how wonderful Danes are. He brings a happy tear to my eye and I know he will enjoy the acreage as much as ours did. Live long and prosper Bacardi! I know you will! And be as goofy and clumsy as those growing legs will make you be! You are a doll and you will bring your family MUCH love and happiness! And do your best to be the lap dog that I'm sure you are!

When she was little she used to cuddle up with us on the sofa, but now that she's all grown up, she still thinks she's a lap dog, which makes watching TV a bit difficult with her sitting on you as if she were a chihuahua ;) ![/color]

I have a soft spot for giant breeds especially great danes. I LOVE Bacardi's coloring. Its not all that common and along with that unique face marking... WOW he's just so beautiful. You have a truly GREAT dane :-P Enjoy every minute and give Bacardi one big hug for me.

Bicardi is very beautiful. I live in Michigan too. We have a 14 acre woods in Southern lower Mi. Our dogs love to go for walks with us and watch the deer that come into our front yard area and about 29 wild turkeys are also around to enjoy feeding and watching. I bet Bicardi would enjoy that also. Anyway I love him. LUV animals.

Gentle giant is so true. Bicardi reminds me of my brother's harlequin great dane, Remy. We had a mutual joy greeting, where I'd walk in & he'd jump straight up in the air off all fours in succession & wag his tail like crazy until I crossed the room to give him a great big hug & receive my great dane kiss. My brother had acreage for Remy, too. I've no doubt Bicardi loves his space and takes full advantage of it. Thanks for sharing, & best wishes for a long healthy & happy life together.

He is a sweetie! We have an almost 7-month-old female merle great dane and she is my "baby" (along with a 4yo wire fox terrier and 4 other human kids). Can't wait to see how big she is when she's done growing. She sure takes up enough space in the bed now!
