You could have fun with this pup's hair. If you're into this kind of thing, see if you can find some temp hair dye that wouldn't hurt the crittor and dress her up (red-white- blue --favorate sports team colors, etc...) Great for a party!

Wow, you got a cutie. I hope you didn't pay more than $90 for her, because you essentially got a mutt you could have got at the pound. On the plus side, you'll have a smart dog. That will be a challenge; I hope you enjoy exercise and obedience work. Good luck!

we have a golden retreiver/samoyed male dog, TRONDAK, who is now 6 years old. He is a wonderful dog, a terrific mix, a very loving smart funny fellow. Also a champion watch dog. He looked just like Bella when he was a puppy, and still has his puppy enthusiasm. He weighs 64 lb and is about 2 feet tall(top of head to tip of front paw) very stong for his size, wtih very broad sholders. He to loves a walk and gets soooo excited when he sees his leach. We got him from a golden breeder in Michigan. He was an unplanned cross between two champion Di"show" dogs, Gracie the mom was the samoyed and Edward the Golden retreiver dad.

Diane, Bella is now almost 11 months and will be featured in the daily grown-up puppy section on September 29th, so you can see if she still looks like Trondak. As for her watchdog qualities, if there was a prize for worst watch dog then Bella would win it hands down. Her favourite part of any day is when the doorbell rings. She bolts to the front door and runs around in circles with excitement. Our little Pom is a better watch dog! Bella's dad was actually the samoyed and her mum the retriever, so the opposite of Trondak. She weighs roughly the same as Trondak but we don't know yet whether she is fully grown. Let me know if Trondak and Bella still look similar :):)

The pictures of Bella at 10 months still look ALOT like our Trondak, especialy the one of her on the green grass. That picture is vertually identical! As Trondak got older, his fir darkened slightly to a more blond overcoat and thick white undercoat. Presently, he is not quite as fluffy as Bella, but it is summer here. He also lost his cute black nose to a more pink nose. His favorite part of the day is collecting all the lose socks (clean, dirty, or new) , and trying to get you to chase him. It's his morning ritual. I look forward to seeing the September 29 pictures :)

bella one of the cutest pups in the universe. she is such a sweet looking ball of fluff. when i saw the link for a golden ret./samoyed mix, i just had to look. i knew she would be cute, but i could not have imagined this level of cuteness. i bet she's especially adorable sliding around on those hard wood floors. :)
