Adopting Hero wasn't planned for me, but when I saw him it was love at first sight. He's very active and enjoys going for long walks as well as visiting and playing with my parents' dogs. Even though he's small, he can still hold his ground against their Australian shepherd.

I'm sure that Hero thinks of himself as being 350 pounds of half Grizzly Bear, Half Killer Whale, and Half T-Rex... or something like that. The terror of the dog park. I had a Toy Pom like that and she was a great pet. Eleven biscuits and many belly rubs to you, Hero, and tell your person(s) to guard you against hawks, falcons, owls, and even vultures, as I had to step between my Toy Pom and these creatures to keep her from being eaten when we were on hikes in the mountains and forests. Stay close to your mommy.

Styrofoam balls are very dangerous. It doesn't break down in the intestines and can cause a severe intestinal blockage. It could literally kill her. She is adorable, but please, immediately, take those balls away from her.

My daughter-in-law helps with a rescue group for this breed. They certainly steal ones heart and Hero is no exception. Sometimes our hearts are moved when we least expect it. Bless you for caring enough to give this sweetheart a home.

All my rescues are Chihuahuas and Hero this is something written about Chichis: "Smallest in stature, not known to roam, will defend to its death, its territorial home." Happy Life, Little Guy and it sounds like Mom is in love with you as she well should be.
