I'm not a fan of these $700 designer mutts (schnoodles, Labradoodles, puggles, yoranian, whatevs), but Peanut sure is cute, and he gets bonus points for a cute name.

This baby goes beyond cute.

While I would have to agree with "Skwerly" about "fad" doggies, I will say that I am a bigger fan of "designer" mutts over regular pricey purebreds that are bred excessively. Many such purebreds have shortened lifespans due to health problems caused by a shallow gene pool. So, I am all for making new mixed doggies that have the best of two breeds (or more).

In fact, my mutterific mutts are so great that people often ask me what they are "made of" so that they can attempt to recreate them. Unfortunately, I think they are the result of far too much genetic variety to be duplicated in one generation. Go mutts! Go Peanut!

peanut is a mutt but I did not pay a dime for him,he was accidently bred, and he is pricless to our family.

The doggie is adorable, but as for designer dogs, I think paying purebred prices for a cross-bred pup is insane!

hello!!! did you not read my comment earlier, I did not pay a dime for him. And besides this is a sight to show off your pet, not critisize what people pay for there animals, and if people want to pay a fortune for an animal its there buisness. And another thing who cares if a dog has papers, we have a black lab that came with papers that we also payed nothing for and we did not send them off for her to be registerd,whats the point we don't want to bred her, and we won't bred peanut they are just for us to have in our family..

I also have a pom/yorkie mix... got her by accident too. But she is adorable...just like Peanut.

I think I have Peanut's twin brother. My dog Teddybear looked exactly like Peanut when he was a puppy. He is now two and the love of my life. I could ask for a more wonderful, loving, playful addition to my family. I have been looking for another yorkie pom mix so that Teddy can have a lifetime friend.

That is suppose to say COULDN'T ask for a more wonderful, loving, playful addition to my family.

I also have a yorkie-pom her name is Gabby. She is a little doll. and Peanut is so cute.

Peanut is adorable!! Give a hug from me. We also have a yoranian named Sophie and we love her to pieces. She is 5 months old now and spoiled of course. She looked almost exactly like Peanut when she was 2 months, but has changed alot. Not sure yet what her fur/hair is going to look like. Everyone asks us too what our puppy is and how cute she is.

I love Yorkies and Pomeranians and when you put them together its even better.

peanut really does'nt shed bad at all,and make sure you get to pick out of the litter because they are all not going to look the same, have the same fur, ect.. none of peanuts brothers look alot like him.

hi is adorable.i also having a purebreed yorkie and i went on vaction and left hazel with a babysiter. the sitter let her go do her bussnies and didnt realize the danger of a dog being in heat.she mated with the dog next door who is pure pom and 2 months later we had puppies.the females all look like peanut. 6 puppies all toghter,nice picture

Love Peanut! We have a yoranian, she is 6 mo old now and weighs 4lb 9oz. Looks just like Peanut. She weighed 1lb 4oz when we got her @ 8 wks. We named her Gizzy (after Gizmo, the "good" gremlin in the movie Gremlins) she looks just like him/or an EWOK! It took us a month just to come up with a name that fit her. She doesn't shed and has been a wonderful addition to our family. We can't find a flaw!

Peanut is beautiful, we are adopting a Porkie we actualy get to pick him up on thursday the 16th of Nov, and he looks just like Peanut except his fur is not as bushy. I am excited to hear that they don't shed. Our puppies mom is a Porkie and his dad is a purebred Yorkie, so I'm curious to see if he'll look more like a Yorkie when he is older. I've read some of the above comments about paying lots of money for dogs, and well we are getting our puppy from a shelter here in the area and they charge a lot for puppies which is most likely because they can get more for puppies than for adult dogs so they probably take advantage of that. However I feel just fine paying a higher cost because I know that money will be used to rescue a lot more dogs. Good luck with your puppy I'm so excited to get ours.

i had a beautiful yoranian. someone let her out of my fenced in yard and she was killed by a car. i have been heartbroken ever since. i have looked all over for another, but have been unable to find one. awww. He is so stinkin cute! I just bought a Yoranian about two weeks ago. I absolutely love him. His name is Pookie. Our puppies look alot alike! Pookie is a little darker than Peanut.

Yomeranian, or a porkie?

I happen to be a big dog person, myself, but little Peanut is too cute to just skip over for a bigger pup's picture.

You have a cute puppy. I, too, have a Yorkie/Pom. She is 3 mos. old. I am constantly imagining her as an adult dog. She really doesn't look like Peanut. She looks like a Yorkie (color and shape of the head) with busy hair.

Peanut is sooooo cute. I have been looking for a pom/yorkie for a while now, finally found two people that have them. I am willing to pay the price for one of those cute little guys. I have a St. Bernard also, that is spoiled rotten, can't wait to get a little one to be able to be a lap dog...and maybe a playmate for the chinchilla.....will have to see how that works.
