Rueger is handsome and soulful and looks like Brooke Shields with those long brown ears and big dark eyes! He makes me smile, and I'll bet he makes his people smile as well. Best wishes for a happy healthy life together, and thanks for sharing this new (to me) breed.

He is adorable! I absolutely love the log shot where his is trying to get up on it! Very precious! And those eyes......wow! How can you not fall in love with him when he looks at you with those big beautiful eyes?!!!!

Thank you for sharing your cute puppy and this breed. I volunteer for Florida Doggie Paws Rescue in Florida and we get asked to take a lot of dogs from this breed. Some not so responsible Hunters cast the dogs aside if they are not good hunters. We find them starved and very scared. Most people have never heard of this breed and are not looking for this type of dog so it is very hard to get them adopted. Thank you again for sharing because the more people learn about this breed the more they will want one. Walkers make great compainions.

What a doll! I have a Walker as well and I cannot say enough what wonderfull and gentle family dogs they are. Very pack oriented, they live for affection. Not for suburban use! Your neighbors won't appeciate thier "voice". To a Walker fan, it is music....

What an adorable puppy.... I have a Walker myself. She's a 7-year old female I adopted from a rescue organization. Walkers are really special; my Pearl makes me laugh everyday... such a clown and my best little friend.

Release the hounds! LOL. Rueger is a beauty. Very smart and noble expressive face. True just a puppy and lives/ loves to run, but anyone can see that this dog will grow to be all 'business' in the field. He's a beautiful creature. (((Big Hugs))) Rueger.

OMG, how exciting to see a Walker hound. My pups mom was rescued from New Orleans and she was a pure bred Walker hound. We guess his dad was a black lab. However, except for his color (black), he is definitely a Walker Hound. Exactly the same body shape and big ears. We named him Walker. He is such a great guy. He loves Agility training and is super sociable. Thanks for sharing Rueger. It was great to see another Walker Hound.
