Hi, I'm Shade. I love going for my walks and playing in the tall grass. My owner Tony named me before he got me, and he couldn't have given me a more appropriate name. I love the shade. There's nothing like sitting under a big tree. I'm getting bigger by the hour. I love to eat my Puppy Chow. When I'm not sleeping or playing with my toys, I'm usually right at my owner's side. He gives me commands and I obey him (most of the time).

Shade: I chose this photo at random as they are all beautiful shots of you. Weimaraners are always beautiful dogs. All dogs are puppy-perfection, some pure-bred; some mutts; all perfect nonetheless. My friend has chosen a Nova Scotia Duck Toller pup who won't be delivered to his/her new family for at least another month. Like you, that pup is named "Merlot" way ahead of time. It's gender-neutral, red, and everyone likes a bit. Great choice, eh?? Just like the other weimaraner referred to as "Sinatra"! Although we leave a lot to be desired in doggie terms, Shade, we come through sometimes. Dogs are perfect; humans need work. Bless 'em all. Ontario, Canada
